Shipping Policy

We aim to process and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible. All orders are expected to be packed and shipped by the next working day after the order is placed.

Our parcels are collected daily by DPD at approximately 3:00pm. Based on standard delivery times, most orders are delivered within 2 working days after dispatch. Please note that weekends are excluded from delivery estimates.

While the vast majority of parcels arrive sooner, all deliveries should arrive within a maximum of 7 working days.

DPD provides a delivery photo for every completed delivery. You can view your delivery confirmation photo by entering your tracking number on the DPD Ireland website.
