OTE Strawberry Energy Chew – 30g Carb Energy Bar

A carbohydrate energy chew that delivers 23g of fast-acting carbs with added electrolytes — a compact, easy-to-eat alternative or addition to energy gels.

Naturally flavoured with real apple juice concentrate, and free from artificial sweeteners and colours. Comes as one bar that can be eaten whole or split into three individual chews (7g carbs each) to spread your intake across a session.

How to use it:

• Before training: take one 15–30 minutes before a run or ride to top up carb stores without sitting heavily on the stomach
• During training: for efforts over an hour, take one roughly every 30 minutes as part of your fuelling plan
